Vintage 70's black polkadot maxi dress with matching bloomers

Cutest Vintage 1970's black maxi dress with purple/pink/green/yellow/white polka dots, ruffle detailing around the V neck collar, front waist bow, daring slits up both sides and don't forget the matching bloomers. Material has a satin silky feel but is probably polyester. There is a zipper closure in the back of the dress and the elastic waistband in the bloomers could be replaced.
