Vintage, most likely 70s, pencil/pen holder for the desk or can be used for makeup brushes too! Made by Eaton's Round shape The holder unscrews for two parts - the bottom one can be for storage of pins, posts its etc The rounder top had 4 holes for pens and one larger hole Black Plastic There is a sticker at the bottom Preowned, vintage some small signs of wear
