Vintage 70s brown corduroy pants - see measurements in description and pics

Tag says 14 (could be 14 kids) and it says the measurements are 31X31 - but that is not accurate - please refer to measurements below or in pics 14.5" across the waist, 14.75" across the waist (pulled taut) (29-29.5" waist) almost 10" rise (mid rise) 12.5" back rise (could be a shorter back rise to some) 17.5" across the hips (narrow hips) 9.75-10" across the thigh (I took a measurement 2" down from the end of the rise) - narrow thighs 29.75" inseam
