Vintage 70s cameo on blue velvet, white gold plastic frame, Distinctive Creation

Adorable vintage small cameo in ornate frame. Made by Distinctive Creation, a Century sales Inc., likely in the 70s. Both the cameo and the frame are made of plastic over velvet. The frame is white with golden touches, very ornate. The condition is excellent with only minor wear consistent with age, mostly some very tiny scratches on the paint over the cameo. Please see pictures for accuracy.
