Vintage 70’s dress

Vintage dress in fantastic condition! Tag says size 9 but it is vintage sizing so it is really a size xs/0/2. Waist is 13”. Sweetest tulle blue fabric with white lace accents and a satin liner. I believe it’s from the 70’s due to its style!!
