Vintage 70s dress, red striped long shirtdress with elastic waist, ruffled

Adorable ankle length shirtdress from the 70s, red and white stripes with 3/4 length sleeves and elastic waist. The sleeves and the collar are both ruffled with contrasting white material. The front is buttoned from the neck to the bottom. Material is likely a seersucker cotton. Excellent vintage condition. No noted issues, all buttons are accounted for. Can be machine washed. This item has been laundered using scent free detergent and without fabric softener.
