Fabulous 1960s maxi dress. Deep V neckline, red halter top, the front has decorative white anchor patch. It attaches on the neck with two large straps. Very low open back. Navy blue floor length skirt, with red ruffle at the hem. No label, likely handmade. Dress is unlined. Material is unknown, likely polyester or synthetic blend. Condition is excellent with minimal wear and no noted issue. Can be machine washed. This item has been laundered using scent free detergent and without fabric softener.
