Vintage 70s navy polka dot dress with collar and cuffs

Adorable true vintage long-sleeved seventies dress with white collar and cuffs. Deep blue with small white polka-dots. Back zip and decorative zippers at front. No label but approximately modern size 8-10 and fabric has some stretch (most likely polyester). Shown on size 8 dress form. This dress is in great condition and has a flattering fit-and-flare shape. Chest measured flat 17" Waist measured flat 15 1/2" Length shoulder to hem 39"
