Vintage 70s shift dress

Groovy 1970s shift dress in a psychedelic swirly pattern. High neck with a faux scarf, long sleeves and short straight skirt. Stretch synthetic fabric and unlined. No tag or idea of when it is from, but it's definitely handmade. There are unfinished seams on the inside. Modeled on size 12/14/XL, 41" bust, 34" waist. No size marking but I think it would fit size L best, or M for a straighter shift dress fit.
