Vintage 70s/80s Blue Knot/Twist Braided belt w/homemade elastic extension

Bought for an 80s Wedding Murder Mystery costume event. Pic of full costume in the photo (the bldg was cold so I also wore a base layer under the thin costume pieces which looked funny on my low tum in the picture. I won the best costume award and will list some of the other pieces separately. Comes with a short elastic extension that extended the full wrap to 39” around. I hid it under a jacket so didn’t care what colour it was. 32” inches around w/out extension 39” w/extension
