Vintage 70s/80s dress size S

T-shirt like fabric. White with navy blue and red. Elastic waist. Overall in good vintage condition- however is missing original belt, and has some faded splatter like marks in the lower front - shown in last image . Size small- when laying flat pit to pit is 18”, length is 41”.
