Vintage 800 silver + 10k gold Carved White Shell Cameo Pendant

This pendant was made in the 1950s in Italy. It is handmade, 800 pure silver with a 10k gold braided rope edging. Its Victorian style design really gives it that classic charm. This piece can be worn on any occasion, going to the office or a black tie event. This was my grandmother’s cameo, so it’s been well taken care of. It is in perfect condition. It is very petite. I’m sorry I don’t have the measurements right now. It’s roughly the size of a quarter of it was an oval. It comes with a fancy blue velvet pouch.
