Vintage 80s 90s Tadashi strapless formal prom party cocktail dress XS

Label: Tadashi Material: 100% polyester Rich blue taffeta with sparkling gold ribbon effect, layered mini train with hip swags & 3D flower with plastic rhinestone center, ruched pleated and gathered strapless bodice with boning, back zipper. Approx size XS, tag size 6 Measurements: chest 34, waist 24, hip 36, armpit to hem 30. Excellent condition with minor underarm discoloration. Mannequin is: 34 bust, 24 waist, 35 hip, 14½ shoulder. All measurements were taken when the item was lying flat, then doubled and stretched where appropriate. Allow room for fit and ease.
