Vintage 80s 90s Transparent Clear Jelly PVC Clutch Bag Purse See-Through Silver Missing the straps. The bag's exterior has some scratches on the plastic and some scuffs and marks. On the interior there is dust and dirt built up in the creases. Because of the way the binding of the purse is, it doesn't lift up for easy cleaning at the bottom(but I have only briefly dusted and wiped it down). It seems like a bug or a piece of something dark got trapped in between the layer at the bottom. Overall, the bag is in functional and good used condition, with its wear.
