Vintage 80s Black Shift dress with long billowy sleeves and appliqués, small

Elegant vintage black dress from the 80s with sheer billowy sleeves in a beautiful crepe fabric with sequin and seed glass bead shoulder epaulettes. Perfect for holiday evening wear with an edge. Best for a true small. Purchased as is from another posher and this fits a tad too small for me in the hips. Original dress construction is fully intact so wear is very good for its age. Original shoulder pads are stitched inside and need to be replaced as they are quite deflated. Purchasing in “As Is” condition so please ask any and all q’s. Happy to include additional photos.
