Vintage 80s Black and Red Capelet Blouse quite cool

This is such an interesting blouse. It’s done in a heavier sheer crêpe, and the front folds conceal a print underneath kind of like a cape. The cuffs and collar are embroidered with a little bit of silver for a little bit of glam. The blouse is plus size, measuring 23.5 inches measured flat across the bust and approximately 27 inches long from centre back.
