Vintage 80s skirt with elastic waist and a polkadot bow design. Made in Canada. 100% polyester. Marked a size 7 but as vintage sizing can vary from modern, please see photos for approximate measurements. The elastic of the waist is in great shape and can stretch to around 15 inches across.
