Vintage 80s does 20s blue floral dress with side pleats and details. The buttons have lost their tops but can be replaced with the vintage button of your choice! Lace collar (with a perfect place for a brooch!), button back closure, and 3/4 bat sleeves. The tag has faded, but I'm pretty sure the dress is fully polyester.
