Tag says "36". Fits my mannequin really nicely and the mannequin is a busty Small. I recommend to 34-36" bust, 25-27" waist, 34-37" hip. Pristine vintage condition. Really excellent find... Pleats and all kinds of incredible details. HUGE shoulder pads. Holding out the sleeve in a few of the pictures to show you how it's supposed to sit on a human figure . Willing to get pictures it being modelled too if desired. Fabric is polyester. 80s or 70s item IMO by looking at the style.
