Vintage 80s Blue Velvet lace Dress, Elvira Vali

Vintage designer little girl dress made in Toronto. Pit to pit 17 inches. Length 30 inches. 16 inches for neck. This dress comes from Maison Vali in Yorkville Toronto. It's probably 1984-85. It was my dress. The only flaw I can find is the sleeves elastics have degraded.. This might be an exceptional find for a movie or production wardrobe.. I kept it for my daughter but she never fit it! Carefully stored there are no stains that I can find.
