What material is this? And approx how do you think it would fit on someone who is 5’4, 130 lbs? I don’t want it to be too oversized

@taylornlittle Hi Taylor! It’s hard to tell but it’s a nice velvety-ish texture. The sizing is definitively more on the oversized end. I’m a medium (men’s) and it already has that oversized look when I have it on.
