Vintage 80s Burgundy Boiled Wool Needle Felted Design Hooded Coat size M

There are no tags whatsoever on this coat and took some investigation to narrow down materials and era, however, she is a unique and beautiful piece. She is composed of boiled/felted wool exterior with a thin satin lining on the inside, making it very warm and comfortable. She’s in excellent condition considering she appears to have been produced in the 70s or 80s by the style of stitching. She features 2 deep pockets and a large hood, as well as these beautiful designs which have been needle-felted into the pockets of the coat by hand! This was either a later addition to the coat or an original design but irregardless it is completely unique and I could not find any other coat like it on the internet. The needle felting is well done by someone who is experienced at the craft. And let’s not forget the amazing wooden buttons!!
