Vintage 80s Collection Toussaint Black Cashmere Cape, O/S

Beautiful black cape with single button closure at neck. Button is ombré from black to blue. Labels state “Collection Toussaint” and “Cashmere Fine Quality” no other labels available. I would guess fabric content is a wool/ cashmere blend based on feel. In very good vintage condition. O/S but please check neck measurement below.
