Vintage 80s Kids Cute Ruffled Shorts (5/6)

Adorable kids shorts from the 80s with a ruffled elastic waist and striped bow tie. No tags, looks to be about size 5 or 6. There is a bit of loose stitching near the crotch area (pictured) but otherwise in good used condition.
