Vintage 80’s NWT Sailor Blues Belletown Inc comic crewneck sweater

NWT - I did find a couple of super faint marks probably from storing. Very hard to see, if at all. USL - Mannequin is 36B/C bust with a 26” waist - so a solid US8 or Medium White lightweight crewneck sweater with a large graphic print on front. 50/50 polyester cotton blend.
