Vintage 80s Paisley Print Pleated Dress

I gasped when I saw this…very Princess Diana-like in style. Gorgeous cobalt blue, subtle paisley print, yoke waist, pleated throughout and of course the shoulder pads! No size tag but it would fit a small-medium size best based on small waist. 19” m P2p, 14” waist and 47 length. It is in great condition. From smoke and pet free home.
