Amazing Vintage 80s Party/Cocktail Dress Heavy Black Velvet Strapless Top Tiered Taffeta Bubble Skirt in true purple with a sheen to it. Crinoline lining to give the skirt volume and structure. The Taffeta makes an awesome rustling sound when you move in it. Large Bow at the Back like a present🎀 I believe this was a handmade dress but amazingly done.
