Vintage 80s Purple Triangle Print Dress, 3/4" Sleeve, Black Cinch Waist, Chiffon

A dark violet dotted triangle print dress with a round scoop neck, stretchy elastic waist and pleated full length bottom. Billowy top is both feminine and forgiving for those who don't have the flattest tummy. Gathered at the waist with a wide black ribbed sweater material. Chest area also has a centre pleat - see 3rd photo, where I'm lightly pulling on the pleats to show where they are as it is hard to see through the busy pattern. Cuffed 3/4" length sleeve with slight gathering and button detail. Shoulder pads (but you can take them out carefully with scissors too). Button back detail. Lined upper half, skirt part is not lined, but fabric is pleated, has a nice thickness that isn't too heavy or too thin, print is also busy enough not to be see through.
