Vintage 80s Red Polka Dot Strapless Dress Victor Costa

This vintage 1980s dress is chic. It is red with white polka dots and strapless. The outer is cotton and the trim and lining as well as the crinoline are polyester. Being a vintage item, the color has light fading. The ribbon around the ribcage (on the back of the dress) has some light color transfer from the red that also goes onto a polkadot (in photos). There is a small mark near the hem of the skirt on the back that I haven't tried to get off(in photos).The front has a wire (around the opening at the top) that will need to be reset and sewn back into place as it's loose inside the front. No rips or holes. This dress has no stretch. Please pay close attention to measurements to ensure fit!
