Vintage 80s Rouie Dress polka-dot and Lillie’s print

I got this dress from an estate sale for a lovely neighbor who passed. It sadly doesn’t fit me but I hope it goes to someone who can bring it back to its original glory. Light purple that looks greyish in some lights with cream lining. Patterned with polka dots and lillies. I can tell it used to have shoulder pads which were cut out poorly and needs some inside repair work. 3/4 sleeves, office length. Unique buttons and one hook and eye loop closure with a tie. Small rust colored stain on bust, visible in 2nd photo.
