Vintage 1980s Runaway Bay 100% Suede Leather Bright Emerald Green Balloon Leg Pants. Made in Canada. flattering v-seam on the front and back, giving a slight western feel. the balloon leg is from multiple pleats at the front v seam, and come down into a straight leg. fully lined but the lining is not attached at the hem. size: vintage 9/10. id say they fit true to that.
