Vintage ‘80s Whisper Steps Woven Leather Shoes Made in Brazil

Made in Brazil. I purchased this pair of shoes from a vintage clothing store Courage My Love in Toronto (Kensington Market). They were not new when I bought them. I don’t wear anything with heels anymore. The size is marked as 7. Given that these are vintage shoes I measured the length of my feet and they are roughly 23.5 cm, which converts to US Size 6.5. For the reference I wear Size 6.5 in Sketchers and Size 6 in Birkenstock. Heels have some signs of wear and there is a mark on one of the shoes (see photos). Please feel free to ask questions :-).
