Vintage 80s beaded belt with woven cord, metal clips, copper embellishments

Vintage 80s beaded belt with woven cord, metal clips, copper embellishments with long chain- very chic- tribal- steampunk, possible necklace. A unique 1980s belt made with black cording , metal rings, brown chestnut beads, copper clasps to hold cords, with copper hook and 8 metal chains for different sizes for the belt. Measurements ar as follows: from brass hook to chain is 28” expanding by 1” per ring ending at about 36 inches. There are three rows of cording and th belt is very heavy. The first two rows of beads are joined togeather and the third one swoops down. Please look at the pictures , the only slight wear is where the hook has rubbed against the chain. One might consider wearing this belt as a steampunk or tribal necklace although it is very heavy. The belt is very chic, yet can be used as a tribal belt or steampunk style. A way to dress up a very plain outfit, this will finish the outfit. Steampunk and shabby chic is all the rage and this belt would be a great addition to your wardrobe. Faux fur and fur is hitting the runways this year and I have it sitting on a fur coat right now and it looks stunning. With the shortie boots and beaded purses this would be a great accessory. I love the fact that one could wear it as a necklace, if I was younger , I would probably cinch it up as a bib necklace with chain down the back.
