Vintage 80’s black and white spots dress size S

Looks like a two piece but is all-in-one! One of the little string belt loops is missing and there is a bit of the thread coming loose in the back slit of the skirt. Otherwise in great condition for an older piece! Shoulder pads and cute waist ruffles.
