Vintage 80's black felt hat with moon crescents - Art Deco style hat

Vintage black hat with moon crescent embelishements on one side. Made by Kates Canada, probably from the 80's but in a 1920's style. No fabric tag but seems to be felt or boiled wool. Asymmetrical., art deco, art nouveau The circumference is approx 21"
