Vintage 80s blouse, attached black colourful vest

Fun vintage 80s creamy white button up blouse with a black attached vest (just on the front) and earth tone abstract pattern on the vest. 'Emblem' label. There is also a gold border around the pattern of the vest. Material feels like a blend, could be cotton/polyester. There are some minor rust coloured stains-one on the front (picture 7), and some along the right sleeve, (picture 8). Measurements taken flat (double for accuracy): Chest (pit to pit) 21", Waist 20.5 ", Hip 20.5", Length 25".
