Vintage 80s coat, cobalt blue, kaki suede details, flutter sleeves, Salko

Stunning 1980s fall opera coat. Made in Austria by Salko, this amazing ankle length duster is full of interesting details. Rich cobalt blue, material is not mentioned but feels like a felted wool. It has suede trims around the neckline, the front and button loops; it also has small slits on each side at the bottom. There are pockets on each side and buttons are metallic. There are suede strips inside the flutter sleeves, but I have not figured out how to attach the sleeves to it. It's a mystery for you to solve! Condition is excellent, with no noted issues. It can be hand washed and hung to dry. This item has been laundered using scent free detergent and without fabric softener.
