Vintage 80's colbat blue cut out dress

Gorgeous vintage dress passed down from my mother in the 80s. High neckline, cutout sides and open back. In excellent condition, only worn once then dry cleaned and kept in plastic covering since Labeled size 4 but fits like a size 2 Can include blue shawl if you'd like but color match isnt perfect
