Vintage 80’s does 40’s Green Women's Dress

This unique, handmade dress is from the 1980’s with big 1940’s influence, and likely made to order as the finishing is beautiful but there is no tag. It reminds me of something from Blade Runner but it could work for a Halloween costume for a Wicked Elphaba too as the colour is a deep dusty emerald.
