Vintage 80’s does 40’s Red Dress

Vintage Emoi by Vicky Apperley 80’s does 40’s dress Beautiful red button up dress with shoulder pads and pockets! Measurements are: Bust = 35” Waist = 28” Length = 43” I feel like this dress would fit a size 8 This dress is in great vintage conditions. No rips or stains that I could see but there is a very tiny pen mark that you might even be able to get out. I’ve tried to show it best I can in the photos.
