Vintage 80s button down collared teal power dress. Double breasted from with v neckline. Double slit front. Slit in back and small tie back with opening. Good vintage condition bottom two buttons could be tightened a bit. Colour more green than blue most accurate in flat lays and measurement pics. Size tag states 12 refer to measurements length from shoulder approx 48”
