Vintage 80s dress, black with pink, green blue roses, ombre effect skirt

Adorable office wear dress from the 1980s, in the Forties Revival swing dress style. Simple round neckline, black background with roses and flowers on the bodice and short sleeves, giving a border effect at the bottom with the floral print being denser. It has an assorted tie belt. Label seems to read made by Teolitow but I could be wrong. Material feels like a rayon crepe. Dress is not lined. Excellent, no noted issues. Can be machine washed. This item has been laundered using scent free detergent and without fabric softener.
