Vintage 80s handmade bird polka dot dress

This is a one-of-a-kind handmade dress! I found this in the 90s in a Toronto vintage shop. Made of a thicker, slightly stretchy material, this dress is appropriate in cooler weather. Notes: - The front has buttons but does not open all the way (you step into the dress and then button up). - Some parts have very slight pilling, see picture. I think one of those clothing shavers could get remove it. - The placket is reinforced with a light interfacing. - The hem was extended at some point (see picture).
