Vintage 80's leather mask wall art

Amazing vintage leather mask molded from a woman's face and hand painted. I can't make out the signature but it was made in 1989. The mask is green and a tree was painted over the face. There are a few stains and glue residue on the back but otherwise in very good vintage condition. very unique wall art!!! poison ivy vibes measures approximately 16" x 16"
