Vintage 1980s midi length dress in a periwinkle blue fabric, feels like linen, could be a blend (no fabric content info on tag). V-striped front and back, buttons at shoulders, matching belt. Vintage brand Kappi, vintage size 12, but fits like a small / size 4 or size 6 with narrow hips. Measures 36" around bust, 34" around waist, 38" around hips, length is 45" from shoulder to hem.
