Vintage 80s skirt & shirt set colorful and made

This fun set would be perfect for the holidays. There is no tags, so I believe this is handmade. I'm usually a size 12 or L/XL and this fits me perfectly (see last pic). Features a bold blue color with specks of yellow, red, white and green. Collar is ruffled, sleeves are 3/4 length, slightly puffy with elasticated wrists. The front of the blouse is pleated with a sash to sinch the waist. If you want only the shirt msg me cause I might decide to keep only the skirt. #1980s #vtg #christmas
