Vintage 80s summer dress, assorted belt, cream white, green red ombre floral

Perfect vintage 80s summer dress, by Joyce Palmer. Keyhole neckline with drawstrings, top has full pattern of tiny flowers while the skirt is showing the pattern growing towards the top in an ombre pattern. Elastic waist, with assorted belt. Colors are off white / ivory, flowers are red with green leaves and vines. Material is likely synthetic/cotton blend. Condition is excellent with only minor wear. Can be machine washed. This item has been laundered using scent free detergent and without fabric softener.
