Vintage 90s American Eagle cut offs, 28 waist, somewhat distressed look

Reposhing this item I purchased from @elizoconnor. Loved it, but unfortunately they’re too small on me! Tag says size 28 but definitely fits smaller! I would recommend these for a size 25-26 Measures: Waist: 13” across Rise: 8.5” Inseam: 4”
