Vintage 90s Asymmetrical Black Ruffle Skirt

Brand is Oblique - Made in Canada 🇨🇦 Vintage from the 1990s The material is a semi-sheer crepe. The top part is double layered making it opaque, and the ruffles on the bottom are semi-sheer. On the front, there is a slit at the highest point of the ruffles, and they waterfall down from there. This type of material is lightweight and doesn't wrinkle easily. Super fun to twirl in! Invisible 7" zipper up the back. Labelled a size 4.
