Vintage 90's Beechers Brook long vest Size M

Great vintage 1990's piece in good condition. There is a small tear on the inside lining as shown in the last photo. this cannot be seen when the item is on. otherwise no stains or damage. There is no size tag but the lay flat measurements are consistent with a size medium and I have tried it for fit. The lay flat measurements are as follows" pit to pit 18.5 inches length 30 inches waist 16.5 inches metal buttons, lined and non functional decorative pocket flaps on front.
